Role OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and organised HR Intern to support our recruitment, employee engagement and day-to-day HR activities. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job vacancies and source suitable candidates
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate trackers and employee records
- Support employee onboarding and exit processes
- Prepare offer letters, internship letters and other HR documents
- Track attendance, leave and required employee documentation
- Support employee engagement and training activities
- Follow up with employees for HR and compliance requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
- Assist with general HR administration
Requirements
- Graduate or currently pursuing an MBA, BBA or degree related to HR
- Valuable written and spoken English
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and spreadsheets
- Organised, responsible and able to follow up independently
- Willing to work from our Dombivli office

Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Experience using job portals or LinkedIn
- Ability to create reports and maintain accurate records
- Interest in the cybersecurity or technology sector
