Qualification

- BBA / MBA in Human Resources
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and statutory compliance, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of labour laws, payroll, and statutory regulations

Job SummaryThe HR & Statutory Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement while ensuring adherence to hospital policies and applicable labour laws. Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HRIS data.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, Labour Laws, and other applicable regulations.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.




- Handle employee grievances and support disciplinary processes as per company policies.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain statutory registers and documentation.
- Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, and external agencies for statutory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, HR best practices, and NABH requirements related to human resources.
