Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily operations. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR processes. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about building a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring Support
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
2. Employee Engagement
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities
- Assist in internal communication initiatives
- Help in maintaining a positive workplace culture
3. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support in preparing HR reports and trackers
4. Administrative Support
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks
- Maintain files, records, and HR databases
- Assist the HR team in daily operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or pursuing)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR functions
- Positive organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
