Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at Brainlicious is a full-time, remote position supporting day-to-day HR operations and initiatives.

Responsibilities include assisting with HR documentation, maintaining employee records, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. The intern will support onboarding activities, coordinate with team members regarding employee advantages and queries, and contribute to personnel management tasks such as scheduling, HR communications, and data tracking.



Additional duties may involve helping with HR-related research, preparing reports, and assisting in employee engagement or culture-building initiatives.

Qualifications

- Foundational understanding of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices
- Basic skills in HR Management and Personnel Management for supporting HR operations
- Awareness of HR Policies and Employee Benefits to assist with compliance and employee queries
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in a remote work environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain confidentiality
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Comfort with digital tools, HR systems, and online collaboration platforms; prior internship or project experience in HR is a plus
