Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, interview coordination and onboarding for retail staff.
- Support HR operations including attendance, leave, employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor store staff discipline, grooming standards and HR compliance through regular store visits.
- Coordinate employee training,



induction and awareness of company policies and procedures.
- Handle payroll inputs, incentives, commissions and attendance-related activities.
- Support PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Form 16 and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate performance management, employee engagement and grievance-related activities.
- Maintain HR records in accordance with applicable labour laws.
- Liaise with placement consultants and recruitment agencies across store locations.
- Demonstrate solid proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

What We’re Looking For

- MBA in HR / MHRM with 5+ years of HR experience.
- Retail industry experience is preferred/required.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
- Good communication, interpersonal and employee-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel across store locations in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple HR activities independently.
