Fine Décor is one of India's largest curtain fabric manufacturers — supplying retailers and leading Indian home brands. We're building the HR function properly, from the ground up, and we want someone who wants ownership rather than a task list.
What you'll own
- End-to-end recruitment — sourcing, interviews, closing, onboarding
- Attendance, leave and shift administration across office and plant
- Payroll inputs and coordination with Accounts
- Statutory compliance — PF, ESIC, registers, audit readiness
- Employee records and HR MIS
- Grievance handling and employee engagement
- Running the KRA/KPI cycle across departments, from goal-setting to review
- Employer Branding and engagement on LinkedIn
You're a fit if you have:
- 3–5 years in an HR generalist or HR ops role,
ideally manufacturing or a factory + office setup
- Hands-on payroll input and attendance experience (not just oversight)
- Working knowledge of Indian labour compliance — PF, ESIC, S&E; Act
- Experience running or supporting a Performance Management System
- The judgement to handle a grievance without escalating it and without burying it
