Sukoon Health is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to drive end-to-end HR strategy and execution across our psychiatry centres in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Clinical Heads and centre leadership on people strategy
- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Lead onboarding, training, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Manage HR operations, performance management, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable labour laws
- Drive a positive, high-performance, and patient-centric workplace culture
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 6+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a generalist HR role
- Healthcare or hospital HR experience preferred
- Robust stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on and data-driven approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
