About the Role

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment, HR operations, and basic admin activities. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of HR experience with valuable Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment: Handle end-to-end hiring - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- HR Operations: Maintain employee records, HR databases, assist in payroll and attendance
- Admin Support: Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general admin tasks
- Documentation: Prepare HR letters & maintain files

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in HR/Recruitment + Admin
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Good communication and multitasking skills

- Graduate in HR/Admin/MBA preferred
- Ability to manage both HR and admin responsibilities
