Role Description The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and strengthening the organization’s Performance Management System, KRA/KPI framework, Training & Development initiatives, and HR Compliance . The role will ensure that employees have clearly defined performance expectations, their performance is measured objectively, development needs are identified,



and statutory/internal HR compliances are completed accurately and on time.

The position will work closely with Department Heads, Plant Heads, Managers and employees to drive a performance-oriented, learning-focused and compliance-driven HR culture .

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR), with experience in HR Management and HR Operations.
- Ability to effectively manage Employee Relations and support the implementation and communication of HR Policies.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices in the manufacturing or infrastructure sector.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS/HR software, MS Office, and basic data reporting for HR metrics and dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in an in office industrial or infrastructure setup in Ahmedabad or similar locations is preferred.
