Grant Thornton Bharat LLP is hiring an experienced HR Manager / HR Business Partner (HRBP) for one of our clients.

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore

Work Model: Hybrid (2-3 days WFO)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Cab Facility: Both-side cab available

Experience: 14-17 Years

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Requirements:

1417 years of experience in end-to-end HR functions

Strong HRBP and business partnering experience

Experience supporting multiple business units/functions

GCC setup experience preferred

Exposure to startup, growth, and expansion environments

Experience in domestic and international HR operations is an added advantage

Robust stakeholder management and leadership engagement skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills





Role Responsibilities:

- Drive HR strategy and business partnering initiatives
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle and HR operations
- Partner with leadership teams on people and organizational initiatives
- Support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement
- Contribute to GCC setup, scaling, and organizational growth initiatives
- Drive HR policies, compliance, and employee relations
