Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates
- Conduct initial screening calls
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate data
- Follow up with candidates and support recruitment activities
Requirements
- Solid communication skills
- Interest in HR and Talent Acquisition
- Comfortable with calling candidates
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Proactive and willing to learn
