We are looking for an experienced and business-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders in driving people strategies aligned with organizational objectives. The role will be responsible for performance management, talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, employee relations, succession planning, and change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives and people agenda.
- Lead performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.
- Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, and retention strategies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and enhance overall employee experience.
- Manage employee relations matters and resolve workplace issues effectively.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and applicable regulations.
- Conduct regular employee and manager connect sessions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of HR objectives and initiatives.

Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.




- Strong experience partnering with senior business leaders.
- Exposure to Healthcare, BPO, Shared Services, or rapid-paced service industries preferred.
