We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing IT professionals and closing positions within defined timelines.

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process
- Understand technical job requirements (Developers, Testers, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals,naukri,
LinkedIn, references, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for technical interviews
- Negotiate salary and roll out offer letters
- Excellent communication
- Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
