Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit for the role.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities. Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the on-boarding process for recent hires.
Be proficient in Excel for data tracking and analysis Generate and analyse recruitment reports.
Requirements Minimum 1 or 1.5 Years of recruiting experience.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.
Preferred master's degree in HR or related field.
