ANDT is looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Part-Time HR Recruiter to work remotely and support our recruitment activities. This is a flexible work-from-home opportunity focused on candidate sourcing, interviews, documentation, follow-ups, and recruitment reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and shortlist candidates for current vacancies.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Schedule interviews with the management/hiring team if required.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview and selection status.
- Collect required joining and employment documents from selected candidates.
- Check documents for completeness and maintain digital records.
- Maintain candidate details and recruitment trackers in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Submit daily and weekly recruitment reports.
- Track pending interviews, documents, and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.

Required Skills
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Meet/Zoom.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Previous HR/recruitment experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
