We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and prepare effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/management interviews.
- Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Conduct reference checks and complete necessary recruitment documentation.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills

Experience
- 2–3+ years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in volume hiring and end-to-end recruitment will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in recruiting for Sales, Banking, Finance or other business roles are preferred.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
