Senior HR Executive / HR Manager

Location: Paddapukur, Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding

Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, KPIs, and performance management systems

Manage employee lifecycle, documentation, attendance, leave, and HR compliance

Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives

Support performance reviews, appraisals, and employee development

Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations

Requirements

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent

1–2 years of HR experience

Good understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and labour laws

Solid communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
