Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Talent Attraction: Develop recruitment strategies, write compelling job descriptions, and post openings on job boards, social networks, and professional platforms.
Contractor sourcing: Develop the manpower sourcing contractors additionally.
Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates for technical skills and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination: Manage interview schedules, coordinate with hiring managers, and facilitate interview panels.
Offer & Negotiation: Guide candidates through the offer process, including salary negotiations and employment contract documentation.
On boarding & Induction: Assist with recent employee on boarding, ensuring all necessary joining documentation is completed.
Reporting & Compliance: Maintain applicant data and report on recruitment metrics like time-to-hire.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
