Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Internshala and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates for IT roles.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/HR interviews.
- Understand technical requirements and match candidates with suitable positions.
- Schedule interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand current requirements.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to selection.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Required Skills
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT/technical roles and technologies.
- Knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Qualification
- Graduate in HR, Management, IT, or a related field.
- Previous experience in IT recruitment is preferred.
