WE’RE HIRING | HR MANAGER – AIFER EDUCATION

Aifer Education is looking for a dynamic, people-focused, and result-oriented HR Manager to lead and strengthen our HR operations and employee experience.

Location: Chevayur, Kozhikode (On-site / Work From Office)

Employment Type: Full-time – Regular Position

Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Second Saturday & Sunday Off)

Salary: Competitive – Based on Skills & Experience

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations, policies, and employee lifecycle activities
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding processes
- Drive performance management, KPI systems, employee recognition, and HR initiatives
- Monitor attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory HR requirements
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues effectively
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements
- Work closely with department leaders to improve employee performance and accountability
- Support management in workforce planning,



organizational development, and culture-building initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR data and ensure effective use of HRMS / ERP systems
- Promote a positive, productive, and happy working culture across Aifer

Requirements
- MBA / Master’s Degree in Human Resources / Personnel Management preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in EdTech or the service sector
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policies
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Robust communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS / ERP systems
- High ownership, maturity, confidentiality, and decision-making ability
- Dynamic personality with a growth mindset and people-first approach
