Idiotic Media is a quick-growing digital media company known for its edgy and viral content. We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Gurugram team and get hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support sourcing efforts through various channels like job portals, social media, and networking.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

HR Operations

- Assist in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Support employee record management and documentation.




- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and office operations.
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

- Graduate in related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organisational abilities.
- Prior internship or exposure to recruitment is a plus.
