Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, compliance, and HR processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-growing technology company and contributing to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering and corporate roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Handle offer management, onboarding, and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HRMS.
- Support payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
- Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
- Draft HR policies, letters, and employment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience hiring for Engineering, IT, Semiconductor, or Product Engineering roles is preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Knowledge of onboarding, HR operations, employee lifecycle, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools (Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, or similar) is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a technology, engineering services, or semiconductor company is highly preferred.
