Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, organized and enthusiastic HR Assistant who is a fresh graduate and interested in building a career in Human Resources. The candidate should have good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word and strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
- Maintain employee records, HR files and documentation.
- Assist with attendance, leave and employee data management.
- Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
- Draft letters, notices and HR documents using MS Word.
- Support recruitment activities including candidate coordination and interview scheduling.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with employees for HR-related requirements.
- Perform general HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in HR, Management, Commerce, Arts or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is mandatory.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational and coordination abilities.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work independently.
- Candidates looking to build a long-term career in HR will be preferred.
