Location: Nellad, Muvattupuzha, Kerala

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our HR team and support day-to-day HR operations at our manufacturing facility.

Position

HR Executive – Recruitment & HR Operations

Experience

2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Salary

₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Based on experience, skills and suitability.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any discipline

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions

Source candidates through job portals, references, social media and other channels

Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interactions

Coordinate interviews with department heads

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

Coordinate offer and joining formalities

HRMS & Attendance

Maintain accurate employee data in HRMS / Zeta HRMS

Manage daily attendance, leave and employee records

Monitor biometric attendance and resolve attendance-related issues

Ensure timely updating of employee information and HRMS records

Assist in preparing HR MIS and reports

Onboarding & Employee Support

Coordinate joining and onboarding formalities





Conduct induction and orientation for new employees

Maintain personnel files and statutory documentation

Support employee communication and HR-related activities

Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations

Desired Candidate Profile

✅ 2–5 years of relevant HR experience

✅ Strong interest and experience in recruitment and HR operations

✅ Valuable knowledge of HRMS and MS Office

✅ Experience in attendance and leave management

✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Ability to coordinate effectively with employees and department heads

✅ Good organisational and follow-up skills

✅ English and Malayalam communication skills

✅ Experience with Zeta HRMS or similar HRMS software will be an advantage

Location Preference

Candidates residing in or around Nellad, Muvattupuzha, Perumbavoor, Kothamangalam and nearby areas will be preferred.

Candidates should be comfortable with daily commuting to our Nellad manufacturing facility.
