Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end India HR Operations from onboarding to employee exit.
- Draft and issue offer letters, onboarding documents, and exit-related communications.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support while maintaining confidentiality.
- Coordinate employee onboarding activities with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.




- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.
- Coordinate background verification processes and vendor interactions.
- Generate and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Assist in payroll input collection and validation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and HR processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR operational efficiency.
