Role Description The Housekeeping Supervisor at Henfruit.in is a full time, on-site role based in Ambala. This role is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, including maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in production areas, offices, and common spaces.

The Housekeeping

Supervisor will assign tasks, monitor work quality, and ensure that laundry services and cleaning procedures align with company safety and sanitation guidelines. The position includes training and guiding housekeeping staff, coordinating schedules, managing supplies and equipment,



and collaborating with other departments to support smooth operations. The supervisor will also handle basic customer-facing interactions when needed, addressing cleanliness-related concerns and ensuring a professional and safe environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess solid Housekeeping skills, with experience in cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and facility upkeep.
- Candidates should possess Laundry skills, including managing washing, drying, and handling of linens and uniforms.
- Candidates should possess effective Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in housekeeping or facility management, preferably in industrial, food production, hospitality, or similar environments.
- Ability to follow and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols, with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting, scheduling, and inventory tracking is beneficial.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent; a diploma or certification in housekeeping, hospitality, or facility management is an advantage.
