We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily cleaning operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, managing housekeeping staff, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the daily housekeeping operations.
- Hire, train, and manage housekeeping and cleaning staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and shift rotations.
- Assign daily tasks to room attendants and housekeeping staff.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel facilities.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
- Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping and resolve them promptly.
- Monitor and maintain housekeeping supplies, cleaning chemicals, linen, and equipment.
- Maintain proper inventory records and place orders when required.
- Control housekeeping department costs and manage the budget effectively.




- Coordinate with the Front Office regarding room status and housekeeping requirements.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance team regarding damaged or broken fixtures.
- Maintain records of lost and found items.
- Ensure all housekeeping staff follow safety and cleaning procedures.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to handle work pressure and manage shift rosters effectively.
- Positive attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Front Office and other hotel departments.
