Job Summary:

The Hostess / Guest Relations Executive is responsible for creating a positive first impression for guests by providing a warm welcome, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. This role plays a key part in guest satisfaction, brand image, and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage table reservations and walk-in guests efficiently using reservation systems.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Maintain accurate waitlists and inform guests of waiting times.
- Coordinate with service staff to optimize table turnover and seating arrangements.
- Handle guest queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high standards of grooming, hygiene, and presentation at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.




- Collect guest feedback and share insights with management.
- Assist in special events, promotions, and guest engagement activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred
- 0-3 years of experience in a similar role (freshers with good communication skills may apply)
- Female preferred
- Prior experience in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
