Job Summary Responsible for the overall administration, discipline, safety, and welfare of hostel residents , ensuring a secure, well-managed, and supportive living environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day hostel operations, discipline, attendance, and student movements.
- Address student concerns, grievances, and emergencies promptly.
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, maintenance, and university administration .
- Ensure compliance with hostel rules, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Maintain hostel records, reports, and incident documentation.
- Communicate with parents/guardians and university authorities when required.
- Ensure the hostel remains safe, clean, disciplined, and student-friendly .

Candidate Profile Candidates with 6–8+ years of experience in hostel/residential administration , preferably in a college, university, or student accommodation environment . Solid communication, leadership, discipline-management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
