Zipped Hospitality is a specialist hospitality consulting and management firm, working with leading developers and international hotel brands across India. We provide end-to-end services from project feasibility to brand tie-ups, design coordination and operations advisory.

As part of our expanding consultancy services, we are looking to onboard a Back-of-the-House (BOH) Consultant / AutoCAD Draughtsman to support detailed planning and design documentation for hotels and resorts.

Role Overview The candidate will be responsible for preparing AutoCAD layouts and BOH planning documentation across multiple hospitality projects. This includes Kitchen & Stewarding, Housekeeping, Laundry, Stores and related service areas. The role requires a deep understanding of Hospitality Operational Flows, Equipment Placement and Coordination with consultants, architects and brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop AutoCAD layouts for BOH areas, including:

- Kitchens (Main, Satellite, Show Kitchens)
- Stewarding & Dishwashing
- Housekeeping & Laundry
- Receiving & Stores (dry,



cold, frozen, bonded, etc.)
- Staff Circulation, Service Corridors & Service Elevators

2) Work with Kitchen Consultants, MEP Engineers and Architects to ensure smooth integration.
- Align layouts with Brand Standards and statutory requirements.
- Prepare Equipment Layouts, Service Drawings and BOQs as required.
- Review drawings based on client and brand feedback.
- Provide space allocation and efficiency inputs during Feasibility and Design Development.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Hotel Management (F&B; production) or relevant technical field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in BOH / Kitchen / Hospitality design drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Revit/SketchUp will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of hospitality BOH operations and kitchen equipment requirements.
- Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
