Profile Summary The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering excellent support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and skilled manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Understand product or service issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up to ensure customer issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
- Meet performance metrics, including response time, satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum graduate associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus.
