JOB TITLE: Team Leader – Sales

LOCATION: Chembur, Mumbai

MICRO MARKET: SOBO Central – Sion, Matunga, Mahim, Wadala & Bandra

EXPERIENCE: 7–12 Years

CTC: 10–12 LPA

NOTICE PERIOD: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Residential Real Estate experience is MANDATORY Candidates currently working as Team Leaders / Sales Team Leaders are preferred

Candidates with 7–8+ years of strong Residential Real Estate Sales experience with team-handling exposure can be considered

Minimum 1–2 years of Sales Team Management experience

Extensive experience in the SOBO Central residential real estate market

Strong market knowledge of Sion, Matunga, Mahim, Wadala & Bandra

Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets

Robust leadership, communication and negotiation skills

Ability to recruit, train, coach and motivate Sales Consultants

IMPORTANT: Candidates from other industries will NOT be considered.

General sales experience without relevant Residential Real Estate experience will not be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead, mentor and manage a team of Sales Consultants
- Drive residential real estate sales across the SOBO Central market
- Generate site visits,



closures and revenue
- Recruit, train and monitor team performance
- Build strong relationships with developers and channel partners
- Track sales targets, forecasts and performance reports
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and compliance standards
