Hiring: Mean stack Developer (3 to 7 Years) | Chennai | Full-Time

Position: MEAN Stack Developer

Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Reporting To: Technical Lead / Engineering Manager

Location: Chennai

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the role: The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js). The role involves working closely with product, design, and QA teams to build robust front-end and back-end systems that support core business applications.

Responsibilities:

Front-End Development

- Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Angular (v8+).
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Optimize applications for performance, speed, and cross-browser compatibility.

Back-End Development

- Design and build RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and data validation logic.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.

Database Management

- Design and manage MongoDB schemas, collections, and indexes.
- Write productive queries and optimize database performance.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and backup practices.

Testing & Deployment

- Write unit and integration tests (Jasmine, Karma, Mocha,



or similar).
- Debug and resolve application issues across the stack.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployments. COMPETENCIES / SKILL SET : • JavaScript / TypeScript

- MongoDB (schema design, aggregation, indexing)

QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing applications using the MEAN stack.
- Experience working under the guidance of a Lead/Senior developer preferred.
- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) a plus.

PRACTICAL PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE: • End-to-end feature development (front-end to database)

- API design and integration in production systems
- Application performance tuning and optimization
- Version control and collaborative development (Git)
- Deployment support and monitoring
