We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR & Placement Executive to join our education institute in Rajouri Garden. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling recruitment, candidate communication and placement-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment and candidate screening

Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process

Handle placement-related communication and follow-ups

Maintain candidate and recruitment records

Support day-to-day HR activities

Eligibility

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/Placement

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive coordination and follow-up abilities

Basic knowledge of recruitment and placement processes

Professional, punctual and responsible approach

Salary

₹19,000 – ₹23,000 per month
