Job Summary





We are looking for an experienced Product Manager / Senior Product Manager with strong Life Insurance domain expertise to drive product development and digital transformation initiatives. The role requires hands-on experience with Life Asia, along with strong expertise in preparing and managing BRDs and FRDs.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute product roadmaps for Life Insurance products and digital solutions.
- Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, claims, sales, and IT teams.
- Gather and analyse business and functional requirements and prepare detailed BRDs and FRDs.
- Work with technology teams to enhance and integrate Life Asia core systems.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and regulatory assessments.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation through implementation and post-launch improvements.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and relevant industry standards.
- Monitor product performance metrics and optimize strategies using data insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in the Life Insurance domain.
- Strong experience in BRD and FRD creation and management.
- Hands-on experience with Life Asia or other core life insurance platforms.
- Experience in digital transformation, policy administration systems, and customer journey optimization.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
