Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with 24 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment, particularly in Direct Client and W2 hiring.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and closing qualified IT professionals for US-based Direct Client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements, from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Work primarily on Direct Client requirements with a strong focus on W2 hiring.
- Source qualified candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening to assess technical skills, experience, communication, availability, and overall suitability.
- Recruit for various IT skill sets including Java, .NET, Python, Data, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Business Analysts, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, ERP/CRM,



and other emerging technologies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified W2 candidates for current and future requirements.

Experience & Qualifications
- 24 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Mandatory experience working on Direct Client requirements.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in W2 hiring/recruitment.
- Experience handling end-to-end US IT recruitment.
- Strong experience sourcing candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other recruitment platforms.
- Good understanding of US staffing models including W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Good knowledge of US work authorization types such as US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, EAD, OPT/CPT, etc.
- Strong understanding of US IT technical skill sets and ability to conduct an effective initial technical screening.
- Experience in handling Direct Client, MSP/VMS, or implementation partner requirements will be an added advantage.
