Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with strong experience in lateral and bulk hiring. The candidate should have experience hiring professionals for roles such as Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, and other Non-IT positions.

Candidates with prior recruitment experience in the Healthcare industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT lateral hiring.
- Source and recruit candidates for roles such as:

- Data Analyst

- Financial Analyst
- Other Non-IT positions
- Manage bulk hiring requirements within defined timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule face-to-face interviews.




- Conduct candidate follow-ups and manage the complete interview process.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage offer coordination and candidate documentation.

Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience in Lateral Hiring and Bulk Hiring.
- Experience hiring for Data Analyst and Financial Analyst roles.
- Experience in the Healthcare industry is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Healthcare recruitment.
- Strong experience in high-volume/lateral hiring.
- Immediate or early joiners preferred.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced recruitment environment.
