We are hiring Customer Associates for an International Non-Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries via chat/Email, providing accurate resolutions, and delivering high-quality customer support aligned with international service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through Non-Voice support for international customers.
- Provide accurate, timely, and skilled resolutions.
- Follow defined SOPs, quality parameters, and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Experience: Minimum 0-3 Years experience in International BPO
- Excellent Communication skills
- Candidate should be with Rotational/Night Shifts
- Excellent verbal & written English communication
