Key Responsibilities• Lead the complete HR function for the manufacturing unit
- Drive manpower planning, recruitment & workforce management
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling & engagement
- Ensure labour law and statutory compliance
- Handle performance management, compensation & HR policies
- Drive training, development & employee retention initiatives
- Partner with plant leadership and senior management
- Lead HR MIS, audits, budgets and reporting
- Manage and mentor the HR team
