Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure.

- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and achieved.

- Monitor project progress and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues.

- Facilitate project governance meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.

- Manage project scope and change requests while maintaining alignment with business goals.

- Track project deliverables, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

- Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Ensure compliance with organizational processes, standards, and best practices.

- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lessons-learned activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Work Experience 16 to 20 years

- Sector – Hospitality (Hotels) only

- Should have delivered,



at least two 5-star hotels (from design to preopening & hand over) for international hotel brands Marriott, Radisson, IHG, and Hyatt, or national hoteliers like IHCL, ITC, EIH (Oberoi), Leela, and Lemon Tree Premier from start to finish in India/Abroad

- Should have been part of the hospitality vertical/team of a PMC like Ascentis, Mace, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank, Adara Hospitality, and Savills India/Hotelivate

- Should have managed and be able to lead a diverse team of 12-14 resources at Jaipur

- Should be able to prepare and physically present project updates to Client Leadership & Top Management

- Should be able to manage and coordinate the delivery of multiple vendors with diverse capability and capacity at Jaipur

- Should be able to efficiently and timely coordinate design and execution related metrics with the client representatives/teams, architect & consultants, and various contractors/ vendors/suppliers

- Preferably worked in Delhi-NCR and Jaipur to understand regional project and construction dynamics
