A Fast Food Helper supports daily kitchen and counter operations to ensure fast, efficient service and maintain restaurant cleanliness.

Job Summary

Assists main cooks, cashiers, and managers by preparing food ingredients, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining area, handling stock, and fulfilling basic customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Food Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and slice vegetables; assemble straightforward menu items (burgers, sandwiches, fries); package takeaway orders.
- Cleaning & Sanitation: Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment; sanitize food prep stations, counters, and customer tables; sweep and mop floors; empty trash bins regularly.
- Stock & Inventory Management: Assist with unloading deliveries, stocking refrigerators and pantry shelves, and keeping ingredients organized according to FIFO (First In, First Out) standards.
- Customer & Counter Support: Pack orders for takeout or delivery drivers, assist cashiers during busy periods,



and respond promptly to customer requests for extra condiments, napkins, or tray cleanup.
- Food Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper handwashing, wear of hairnets/gloves, and temperature management for food storage.

Qualifications & Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, though entry-level applicants are often accepted).
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25–50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong team player with valuable communication skills and a fast-paced work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
