TalentQ Solutions is looking for energetic and result-oriented US Healthcare Recruiters with experience in hiring for Medical Coding and AR Caller roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US Healthcare / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) hiring and strong sourcing skills.
Role & responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare requirements.
- Hiring for Medical Coding, AR Callers, Sr. AR Callers, Team Leads, and other RCM roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on US Healthcare domain experience.
- Validate experience in Medical Coding, Hospital Billing AR, and RCM process.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers/clients.
- Follow up with candidates until offer rollout and joining.
- Maintain daily submission reports and recruitment trackers.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in hiring for US Healthcare / RCM companies.
- Good exposure to Hospital Billing AR and Medical Coding profiles.
- Experience in bulk hiring will be an added advantage.
- Should be target-driven and able to work within deadlines.
- Robust sourcing and screening skills with the ability to close positions quickly.
