Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Head – Graphic Design to lead our design team and manage end-to-end creative requirements across product launches, packaging, printing, branding, e-commerce, and marketing. The ideal candidate should be a strong creative thinker, capable of leading a team, working under pressure, and effectively using AI tools in day-to-day design work to improve creativity, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, mentor, and review the work of the Graphic Design team.
- Allocate tasks, set priorities, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of all design projects.
- Develop creative concepts and complete design direction for new product launches.
- Handle end-to-end product packaging design, including boxes, labels, manuals, inserts, stickers, and other packaging materials.
- Possess strong knowledge of printing processes, print-ready artwork, colour management, dimensions, materials, and vendor coordination.
- Create and supervise branding designs, including brand identity, product branding, catalogues, brochures, presentations, exhibition creatives,



marketing materials, and corporate communication.
- Use AI-based design and creative tools for day-to-day work, concept development, image generation, product visualization, creative ideation, and productivity improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest AI tools, design trends, software, and creative technologies.
- Work closely with the Product, Marketing, E-commerce, Sales, Purchase, and Management teams to understand creative requirements.
- Develop fresh and innovative concepts for new products instead of relying only on standard templates.
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines and visual identity across all platforms.
- Review and approve final artwork before it is released for printing, production, e-commerce, or marketing.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure quality delivery even under tight deadlines and high work pressure.
- Guide junior and senior designers, provide creative feedback, and continuously improve the overall quality of the design team.
- Coordinate with printers, packaging vendors, and other external agencies whenever required.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
