About the Role

We are looking for a Hardware Development & Production Executive to join our hardware team. The candidate will be responsible for hands-on activities related to PCB assembly, soldering, hardware testing, troubleshooting, rework, and prototype development .

Key Responsibilities

· Perform SMD and through-hole soldering , PCB assembly, and rework.

· Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic PCBs and circuits.

· Assist in prototype development and board bring-up .

· Use basic laboratory equipment such as multimeter, oscilloscope, and DC power supply .

· Identify hardware faults and perform basic debugging.

· Maintain hardware components, tools, testing records, and documentation.

Key Skills Required

· Good understanding of basic electronics and circuits .

· Hands-on knowledge of PCB soldering and assembly .

· Familiarity with SMD and through-hole components .

· Ability to use a multimeter and basic lab instruments .

· Basic understanding of schematics, PCB layouts,



and hardware troubleshooting .

· Good hands-on skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Qualification

· Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field.

· 0–2 years of experience in electronics hardware, PCB assembly, testing, or a related field.

· Freshers with strong practical electronics and soldering skills may also be considered.

Preferred Skills

· Experience with SMD rework and PCB repair .

· Familiarity with EasyEDA, KiCad, Altium, or Eagle .

· Basic knowledge of embedded systems and microcontroller-based boards.
