We are seeking a highly motivated skilled for the GWS SMB (Collaboration, DRTC & Development Extension) team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting enterprise collaboration platforms, cloud-based productivity solutions, development and integration activities, troubleshooting technical issues, and enabling seamless digital workplace experiences for global customers.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in collaboration tools, cloud technologies, scripting/automation, and stakeholder management.
