HiveMinds is expanding, and we’re looking for a Growth Specialist to join our Gurgaon team and drive new business growth across the North region.

The Role
As a Growth Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Driving new business acquisition across key categories and accounts
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the North region
- Building strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers
- Managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure
- Understanding client business challenges and positioning relevant digital marketing solutions
- Working closely with internal teams to develop pitches and proposals
- Staying updated on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscape
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Growth, Sales, or Client Acquisition
- Experience in Media, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related industry is preferred
- Robust communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and confidently open conversations with new prospects
- Ambitious, proactive, and driven by targets
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
