Container / XLT / Trolleys requirements preparation - WIP / FG pallets calcualtion, procurement before SOP - Align with production, program & logistics

Assembly cell Buy Off and Handover Knowledge

SOP readiness or Launch Readiness as per GSO Standard

Hondover the lines to Production team - G0 Singn off with CFT

Co-Ordination with CFT of press shop for HLTO Activities, Weldshop for Wedl aseemblies build

Ramp up plan post SOP (SOP + 3 months) in line with Capacity audit

Production team chart & approval

Qualifications required

BE-Mechanical (15 Yrs Exp.)

DME Mechanical (15+ Yrs Exp)

Competences/skills

Proven abilities as Launch manager in an industrial environment.

Good knowledge of sheet metal, welding knowledge

Experienced in stamping, welding, Hot stamping & Laser

Hands on experience on process planning, capacity planning and layouts planning.

Clear understanding of project management in an automotive environment Is able to build project plans and tracker systems.

Hands on experience in Autocad & CATIA V5 Software

Can operate in an international environment

Good written, VC, telephonic and oral communication skills

Good presentation & social skills

Can handle high pressure and get things done in good corporation with all parties
