Role Description The Graphic & Interior Designer will work in office in Bhubaneswar in a full-time capacity, collaborating with the design and production teams to develop wall murals, decorative wall concepts, and interior layouts that align with client requirements and brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating digital graphic designs, preparing interior design proposals, developing mood boards and material palettes, and coordinating with curators to refine aesthetic direction. The role also involves translating design concepts into detailed drawings, reviewing samples and prototypes from manufacturing, and ensuring that final installations meet functional and visual standards.

The designer will participate in client discussions, support project documentation, and maintain organized design files for ongoing and future projects.

Qualifications





- Interior design skills, including Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional and visually compelling layouts.
- Technical design capabilities in Architecture and Construction Drawings for communicating concepts to manufacturing and installation teams.
- Knowledge of FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection and coordination to complement wall décor and overall interior schemes.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools for graphic and interior design.
- Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret curator and client feedback into practical design solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education in Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field; prior experience in interior or décor projects is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree 1-2 years of experience in related field Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong creative and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to execute
