About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Animator Designer with 2–3 years of experience in animation, motion graphics, video design, and AI-assisted creative production. The candidate will be responsible for creating premium visual experiences for wedding invitations, social media, digital campaigns, product promotions, and event technology solutions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using modern AI tools to generate, enhance, animate, and edit creative content while maintaining strong design quality and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

· Create high-quality 2D animations, motion graphics, animated videos, reels, and digital creatives.

· Design engaging animated wedding invitations, save-the-dates, event videos, social media content, and promotional campaigns.

· Develop storyboards, concepts, visual directions, and animation sequences from creative briefs.

· Use AI tools to generate creative concepts, images, backgrounds, characters, visual elements, and animation assets.

· Use AI-assisted video generation, image generation, background removal, enhancement, upscaling, and creative editing where appropriate.

· Create smooth transitions, typography animations, visual effects, compositing, and motion graphics.

· Edit and enhance videos, animations, and existing creative assets for different digital platforms.

· Collaborate with graphic designers, marketing, content, product, and development teams.

· Maintain brand consistency, premium visual quality, and attention to detail across all creative outputs.





· Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

· Explore new AI, animation, and motion-design technologies and suggest innovative ways to improve creative production.

Required Technical Skills

· 2–3 years of professional experience in Animation, Motion Graphics, Video Design, or Visual Design.

· Strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

· Good understanding of animation principles, timing, transitions, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.

· Experience creating reels, promotional videos, digital invitations, social media creatives, and motion graphics.

· Strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and visual balance.

· Ability to convert creative briefs and concepts into engaging animated content.

· Robust portfolio/showreel demonstrating animation, motion graphics, and video work.

AI Tools & Software Skills

· Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools for image, video, animation, and design generation.

· Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling AI, or similar AI creative platforms.





· Ability to write effective AI prompts for generating visual concepts, images, scenes, characters, backgrounds, and creative variations.

· Ability to combine AI-generated assets with qualified animation and editing workflows.

· Knowledge of AI-assisted video generation, image-to-video, text-to-image, background generation, enhancement, and creative automation is preferred.

· Willingness to learn and experiment with new AI software and emerging creative technologies.

Preferred Experience

· Experience in wedding, event, invitation, lifestyle, advertising, or digital-content design will be an advantage.

· Experience creating premium and elegant wedding-themed animations is preferred.

· Experience working with AI-generated creative content and integrating it into professional design workflows is highly preferred.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

· Candidates with strong practical experience, relevant skills, and an impressive portfolio/showreel may also be considered.

Soft Skills

· Strong creative and conceptual thinking.

· Excellent attention to detail and visual quality.

· Good communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to understand feedback and make revisions quickly.

· Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
