We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust design skills, excellent knowledge of industry-standard design software, and a strong portfolio demonstrating professional design work.
Candidates with relevant publishing industry experience will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging designs for books, covers, promotional materials, marketing collaterals, and digital content.
- Design layouts and artwork in line with brand and publishing requirements.
- Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and content teams to develop creative concepts.
- Prepare artwork and files for print and digital publishing.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all design deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining creative quality.
Candidate Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
- Publishing industry experience is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition, and print design.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Strong and relevant portfolio is mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively with editorial, marketing, and other creative teams.
Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in book publishing, editorial design, book covers, children's books, educational content, or print production will be given priority.
